DAY 1: ARRIVE GANGTOK (SIKKIM)

Meals: None

Upon arrival at Bagdora Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, meet and greet and departure to Gangtok (125 km/ 4.5 hrs), the gateway to Sikkim. Transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overlooking Himalayan ranges, Gangtok is a beautiful City. Buddhism is a major religion in this area. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: GANGTOK

Meals: Breakfast

Visit Institute of Tibetology, Dordul Cholten Stupa, Rumtek Monastery, Ropeway Ride and Shanti view point. Overnight stay.

DAY 3: GANGTOK

Meals: Breakfast

Post breakfast, excursion to Tsangu Lake. In case, Tsangu Lake is not accessible due to unfavorable climate conditions, we will visit Namachi Village, Namachi meaning “Sky High”. Nestled among the hills at an elevation of 5,500 ft. it commands a panoramic view of the snow capped mountains and vast stretches of valley. Visit Baba Mandir at the height of 13,000 feet. Overnight stay.

DAY 4: GANGTOK – DARJEELING  

Meals: Breakfast

Departure to Darjeeling (110 km/ 4 hrs) situated in North Bengal overlooked by Himalayan ranges and surrounded by Tea Gardens. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

DAY 5: DARJEELING  

Meals: Breakfast

Early morning, visit Tiger Hills to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchanjunga Mountains, en-route visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Himalayan Zoo, Japanese Temple, Rock Garden,  Gangamaiya Park and Tibetan Handicraft Centre, en-route you will have a spectacular view of the Darjeeling Tea gardens. Those who are interested to visit Botanical Gardens can go their own. Overnight stay.

DAY 6: DEPARTURE

Meals: Breakfast

Transfer to Bagdora Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (95 km) for return journey en-route visit Pasupati Market (Nepal Border) and Mirik Lake (natural Lake) surrounded by Mountains and Pine trees. Tour concludes.
