Ultra Light Aircraft

Ultra light aircraft was introduced in Nepal in 1996, and it has been offering sightseeing tours in Pokhara valley. The flight enables one to fulfill his or her wish to fly high like a bird, soar to heights, bathe in the clouds, reach out for mountains and kiss the sky.

The flights take place from sunrise to 11a.m and from 3p.m to sunset everyday during September through June.

Three different routes taken are:

Fly for Fun:

Duration 15 minutes. The aircraft flies over the Pokahara valley, Phewa lake, Sarangkot hill at the speed of 50-90km/hr. the maximum altitude attained is 5,000 feet.

Touch the Fish Tail:

The flight takes you as close to the Fish Tail as possible without compromising the safety. The flight duration is 30 minutes.

Mountain Range Sky Trek:

This flight covers the whole of the Annapurna range at the speed of 90-130 km/hr. the altitude attained is 12,000 ft and the duration is 1 hour.
